What to include

• A short description of what happened and what you expected instead.
• The version shown in BabyDaze Settings > About and your iPhone model and iOS version.
• Do not send private videos, photos, invitation codes, sign-in codes, or a child's full name by email.

Safety, reports, and blocking

Use the in-app report option on a clip or comment to report content or behavior that may violate the Terms of Use. You can also block a person in the app. For an urgent safety concern, contact local emergency services first, then email us at chris@carmylabs.com with the words “Safety report” in the subject line.

Account and privacy requests

You can delete your account from BabyDaze Settings. For help accessing or deleting your account, or to make a privacy request, email chris@carmylabs.com from the email address shared with Sign in with Apple, if you chose to share one. Do not include your Apple Account password or any Apple sign-in code.

Accessibility

If a BabyDaze screen is difficult to use with an accessibility feature, email chris@carmylabs.com and describe the feature you use and the screen where you ran into trouble.
