What to include

• A short description of what happened and what you expected instead.
• The version shown in BabyDaze Settings > About and your iPhone model and iOS version.
• Do not send private videos, photos, invitation codes, sign-in codes, or a child's full name by email.

Safety, reports, and blocking

Use the in-app report option on a clip or comment to report content or behavior that may violate the Terms of Use. You can also block a person in the app. For an urgent safety concern, contact local emergency services first, then email us at chris@carmylabs.com with the words “Safety report” in the subject line.

Account and privacy requests

You can delete your account from BabyDaze Settings. To access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, make a privacy complaint, or get help deleting your account, email the Privacy Officer at chris@carmylabs.com from the email address shared with Sign in with Apple, if you chose to share one. We may need to verify your identity. Do not include your Apple Account password or any Apple sign-in code.

Sharing outside BabyDaze

Parents can open a clip's More menu and choose Share video link (or Share photo link) or Share this day’s story. Review the selected moments, then create a link and share or copy it. The day option loads the complete ready story before showing the selection. Anyone with the link can watch without an account. The recorder’s display name appears at the top left of each moment, with its capture time at the bottom. Download BabyDaze appears only at the end; there is no bottom banner. Links expire after seven days.

To stop sharing, return to that clip or day's sharing screen, find the active link, and choose Turn off. Copies a recipient already saved cannot be removed. Share video file creates a separate movie with the BabyDaze ending for the destination you choose; it does not expire with a link. An older HEVC-only clip may need a browser that supports that format.

If a BabyDaze screen is difficult to use with an accessibility feature, email chris@carmylabs.com and describe the feature you use and the screen where you ran into trouble.
